SEAL-ALL® JOINT is used for binding sandy joints between concrete clinkers and clay clinkers. This combats erosion due to wind and weeds, and erosion is delayed. It is specifically used there where, because of the reduced joint width, jointing mortars cannot be used.

SEAL-ALL® JOINT will also make the clinker surface water-repellent to a certain extent, providing additional protection against penetrating dirt. This might result in a colour change of the appartent surface. In general, a deeper, intense colour will be obtained.

SEAL-ALL® JOINT is a water-borne suspension, and can give rise to film formation, particulatly on non-porous materials such as blue hardstone, massive ceramic tiles, etc. Therefore, application on non-porous tile surfaces is discouraged.
