P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN is a dry, ready-to-use, fast-levelling mortar designed for floors, appropriate for indoor use. P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN is made of cement, choice quartz sands, and high-quality additives.By the simple addition of water, a self-levelling mortar is obtained, with the following primary properties:
- an excellent self-deliquescence
- fast hardening
- excellent adhesion
- high resistance after curing.
P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN contains very fine graded silica sand and allows to place very thin layers and to obtain a smooth surface. P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN allows for smoothing unevenness from 0,5 mm to 10 mm in one single layer. P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN is set to light foot traffic after ± 3 hours and could be covered with ceramic floors after ± 24 hours. P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN offers an ideal substrate for tile work, lamination, parquet, broadloom, cork, vinyl, linoleum.... P.T.B.-EGALISER-EN has very low emissions of volatile organic compounds.
